    The namesake of our studio, this powerful practice honors the sacred number 108 through breath, movement, and connection. Together we flow through 108 Sun Salutations, building internal heat, strength, and focus while cultivating deep presence. This moving meditation is both grounding and transformative - an awakening practice that sets the tone for your entire day. 108 classes are offered Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays at 7am.

  • Rise

    Rise and Shine! Awaken your body and mind with our energizing vinyasa flow. This class builds steady heat through breath and movement, leaving you grounded, clear, and ready to meet the day with presence and vitality. Each practice is an invitation to set intention, uplift your spirit, and rise into your fullest expression of self. Rise classes are offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8am.

  • Depth

    Depth provides a gentle, mindful flow, designed to take you deeper. This class focuses on opening and releasing tension in the body through longer holds and intentional breath. Move at a steady pace, stretch deeply, and leave feeling grounded, spacious, and renewed. Depth classes are offered Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays at 9am, and Wednesday evenings at 6pm.

  • Flow

    Step into your weekend with a balanced vinyasa practice that nourishes body, mind, and spirit. Through breath-led movement and grounding postures, this class becomes a moving meditation - a chance to align with your higher self. Expect strength, openness, and surrender woven together, leaving you feeling renewed and centered. Our Flow class is offered Saturday mornings at 8am.

  • Blaze

    Our powerful vinyasa flow that generates deep internal heat. Blaze ignites a fire from within- using breath, movement, and intensity to create sweat, strength, and transformation. Expect a challenging practice that leaves you clear, grounded, and renewed. Blaze class is offered twice a week, Mondays at 6pm, and Fridays at 4:30pm.

  • Lift

    Lift is a 75 minute Rocket Vinyasa flow designed to build strength, stamina, and focus through dynamic sequencing and uplifting movement. Inversions and playful transitions are explored with guidance to meet you where you are. Modifications and amplifications are always offered, allowing every student to elevate their practice with confidence and support. Lift class is offered every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6pm.

  • Soul

    A steady, led vinyasa where teacher and students move together through a set sequence, guided by a sacred soundscape. Soul offers presence; movement as meditation; breath as devotion. This practice opens space for deep awakening and inner transformation. Our Soul class is offered every Sunday at 4:30pm.

  • Feel

    An invitation to slow down and truly feel. In the gentle glow of candlelight, this 75-minute yin practice moves through long held postures that soften the body, while quieting the mind. We close with a guided meditation, creating space to feel more grounded, open, and at peace. This class is offered every Sunday at 6pm.

  • Bloom

    Bloom is our Prenatal + Postnatal class that supports expectant people and new parents with gentle movement, breath, and intentional rest to ease discomfort, build strength, and connect with baby. Rooted in community, this class offers a circle of support, presence, and shared wisdom. Bloom is offered every Saturday at 10am.
