When did you start your yoga journey?

I began my yoga journey in 2009 with my daughter, Nikki.
We wereboth introduced to yoga through classes at VMFA.

What do you enjoy the most about your practice?
I enjoy the peaceful feeling when all is done.

What’s your favorite thing about 108 Yoga?
Witnessing the birth of 108 Yoga and the impact it has had on so many, both family and community, fills me with so much pride and love. Watching Tracy discover her purpose fills me with happiness.

What do you like to do when you’re not at yoga?
I enjoy spending time with my family and hanging out at the river.

Whats your walkout song?
One Love” - Bob Marley

One word to describe you?
Optimistic.

What is your favorite class? And why?
My favorite class is Flow. I enjoy the spiritual and emotional feelings the class creates, that stay with me throughout the day.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?
For over 20 years I directed and coached the Falconette Majorette and Drum Corps. It began as a recreational baton twirling organization that participated in many parades including the Thalhimers Christmas Parade, the Autumn Harvest Parade, The Westover Azalea Parade, The Richmond St. Patricks parade, and Baltimore's Preakness Parade. We went on to become National baton twirling champions.
