I grew up in a yoga studio, practicing yoga since I could walk.

What do you enjoy the most about your practice?
I enjoy pushing myself to new levels.

What’s your favorite thing about 108 Yoga?
I love getting to practice yoga with my family.

What do you like to do when you’re not at yoga?
I like to play with my siblings, skateboard and swim at the pool.

What is your favorite class? And why?
Lift is my favorite. It’s fun to do all of the tricky postures.
