When did you start your yoga journey?
I started practicing yoga in 2016 and became a member at 108 in October 2025.
What do you enjoy the most about your practice?
My practice has become a reminder for me of how important it is to continually move my body and make time for myself. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in, both physically and mentally, and that has become such an important part of my overall well-being.
What’s your favorite thing about 108 Yoga?
When I met Tracy, I was drawn to how warm, kind, and welcoming she is. She has this calming, grounded presence and a genuine spirituality that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk into her space. She’s also incredibly talented at her craft, which is something I had struggled to find since moving back to Richmond.
What do you like to do when you’re not at yoga?
When I’m not doing yoga, I’m usually doing something that gets me out of the house. I love spending time with my dogs, playing pickleball, traveling whenever I get the chance, and being outside as much as possible. I’m always up for exploring somewhere new, whether that means traveling across the world or just finding a new place to enjoy closer to home.
Whats your walkout song?
"Pink Pony Club” -Chappell Roan
One word to describe you?
Zestful.
What is your favorite class? And why?
Depth. I’m always feeling tight from sitting at work. This class helps me de-stress and release a lot of tension. And the music is always good!
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I love having high energy! I get a lot of my energy from meeting new people, exploring new places, and, admittedly, a lot of techno music! Because I’m always on the go, I’ve learned how important it is for me to slow down and reset. Yoga gives me that balance, which is a big part of why I keep coming back to it.
